FindMySeason is an AI-powered color analysis tool that identifies your seasonal color type from a photo. Results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. They are not professional styling advice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FindMySeason. By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• You are the person in the photo, or you have that person's explicit consent to submit it
• You consent to your photo being processed by AI to generate a color analysis
• You will not use the service to submit photos of others without their knowledge

Color analysis is subjective. Results depend on lighting, photo quality, and background conditions. FindMySeason makes no guarantee that the analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. We are not liable for any purchasing decisions made based on our recommendations.

Premium analysis is a one-time digital purchase. Because the analysis is delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical failure where you paid but did not receive your results, contact us and we will make it right.

Product recommendations may contain affiliate links. FindMySeason may earn a commission if you purchase through those links. We disclose this clearly on the results page. Affiliate relationships do not influence the color recommendations themselves, which are generated solely based on your color season.

The FindMySeason app, its design, and its content are owned by FindMySeason. Your analysis results belong to you — you're free to share them.

FindMySeason is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to purchases made based on our recommendations.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
